Services Provided

We provide technology services including IT management, access control systems, surveillance solutions, networking, and system integrations.

Client Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate system access credentials
• Provide timely communication for support requests
• Ensure authorized personnel use managed systems

Service Limitations

BF Technology Solutions is not responsible for third-party system outages, external cyber threats, or misuse of systems outside of our management scope.

Payments & Agreements

Services may be billed via contracted agreements, service tickets, or recurring plans. Payment terms are outlined in project agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with contractual agreements.
