Open Users

Navigate to the user-management area and begin the process for adding a staff member.

2

Enter Identity Information

Enter the employee’s name, company email address and any required employee information.

3

Assign Approved Access

Apply only the permissions and working-hours schedule approved for the employee’s role.

4

Issue Credentials

Determine whether the employee needs a mobile credential, physical fob/card or both.

5

Save and Review

Save the record and verify the administrative change in the activity history.

02 · CREDENTIALS
